What makes a useful review request?
Keep it clear, personal and easy to act on. Thank the customer, explain that you welcome an honest review, and provide a direct Google review link. Avoid asking specifically for five stars or telling customers what to write.
When should you follow up?
Ask after a real customer interaction, when the customer has had enough time to experience your service. If you send a reminder, keep it respectful. Avoid repeated requests, honor opt-outs and stop following up when a customer asks you to.
