Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, email address, business name, telephone number, assessment answers and results, messages you send us, booking information, service and billing information, technical information such as browser/device data, and information reasonably required to provide or support the service.
You can view your assessment results without providing an email address. When an assessment is completed, we may receive the answers, role, generated assessment identifier and calculated results so we can understand use of the assessment and respond to enquiries. If you choose to email yourself the results, we also receive the name and email address you submit.
Clients may provide genuine customer contact information so LeadsMono can perform agreed review follow-up, feedback, messaging or related services. Clients are responsible for ensuring they are entitled to provide and use that information and that their instructions comply with applicable privacy, marketing and communications laws. We use such information only for legitimate service delivery, administration, security and legal purposes.
We may use reputable third-party providers for hosting, email, communications, scheduling, payments, analytics, automation, AI functionality and other infrastructure. Information may therefore be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
The website may use essential storage, cookies and analytics technologies to operate features, remember preferences, understand usage and measure marketing performance. Additional analytics or advertising technologies may be introduced in the future subject to applicable consent requirements.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, our contractual relationship, legitimate business records, dispute handling and legal obligations. References to LeadsMono generally refer to services supplied by ProsCommerce Ltd under the LeadsMono brand unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. LeadsMono services are intended for businesses and professional users.
LeadsMono provides managed reputation, review follow-up, customer feedback, lead follow-up, communications, booking, website and automation services depending on the selected plan and agreed scope. Features may rely on third-party platforms, communications providers, integrations, AI services and client-supplied information.
Clients must not provide purchased, fabricated, scraped or unlawfully obtained customer lists for review solicitation. We do not write or post customer reviews on a customer's behalf and do not control the rating, wording or decision to leave a review.
LeadsMono does not intentionally use review gating to suppress negative reviews or selectively provide a public review opportunity only to customers who indicate a positive experience. A customer may be offered a direct way to tell the business about a concern so the business has an opportunity to listen, respond and, where appropriate, make things right. This does not remove the customer's ability to share an honest public review where the review option is part of the workflow.
Clients acknowledge that customers may still leave negative reviews. LeadsMono does not promise to prevent, remove, hide or alter legitimate negative reviews.
The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of information, customer lists, content, offers and instructions supplied to us; obtaining any consent or other legal basis required for communications; honouring opt-outs; providing lawful services to its customers; and complying with laws and industry-specific requirements applicable to its business. The client must not use LeadsMono for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing or manipulative activity.
SMS, email, telephone and automated communications may be subject to consent, identification, opt-out, registration and other requirements that vary by jurisdiction. We may require information, registrations or workflow changes before enabling particular features. We may refuse or suspend a campaign that we reasonably believe creates legal, platform-policy, spam or abuse risk.
Services may depend on Google, telecommunications carriers, email providers, payment processors, scheduling platforms, hosting providers, AI providers, APIs and other third parties that we do not control. Their policies, pricing, functionality, algorithms, availability and eligibility requirements can change. We are not responsible for third-party outages, suspensions, review removals, ranking changes, rejected content or other third-party decisions beyond our reasonable control.
AI-assisted responses, chat, qualification and other automated outputs may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Clients remain responsible for business decisions and for reviewing important communications where human review is reasonably required. Automation does not guarantee that a lead, customer or reviewer will respond or take any particular action.
Fees are those agreed at checkout, onboarding or in writing. Standard plans may include typical usage allowances, while unusually high SMS, telephone, AI, email or other third-party usage may result in additional charges where disclosed. Fees are due as agreed and continued access may be suspended for overdue amounts.
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, standard monthly LeadsMono plans may be cancelled for future billing. Cancellation does not retroactively cancel work already performed, setup already completed, resources already reserved, third-party costs already incurred or charges already processed.
LeadsMono and ProsCommerce retain ownership of their pre-existing systems, templates, workflows, code, methods, branding and know-how. Ownership or transfer of client-specific websites, domains, phone numbers, automations, accounts or other managed assets depends on the relevant plan and any written onboarding or service agreement. Cancellation may cause managed services and automations to stop.
We do not guarantee a number of reviews, star rating, Google or Maps ranking, search ranking, lead volume, calls, appointments, conversions, sales or revenue. Results depend on customer behaviour, the client's service, market conditions, third-party platforms and many factors outside our control.
We may suspend or terminate service for non-payment, unlawful use, abusive conduct, material breach, security risk, platform-policy risk or instructions that could reasonably expose LeadsMono, ProsCommerce, a provider or another person to harm or liability.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LeadsMono and ProsCommerce are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of goodwill, third-party platform actions or losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from the affected service will, to the fullest extent permitted by law, be limited to the fees paid to us for that affected service during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, a client agrees to be responsible for claims, costs or losses arising from the client's unlawful use of the service, unlawful customer data, misleading content, violation of third-party rights, or instructions that breach applicable law or platform policies.
These website terms and standard LeadsMono services are governed by the laws applicable to ProsCommerce Ltd in the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory law that applies and any different governing-law provision agreed in writing. Separate proposals, order forms or service agreements may supplement these Terms and will control where they expressly conflict.
We may update these Terms for future use of the website or services. Material changes affecting an existing paid engagement will be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and law.

LeadsMono is a managed service. Work may begin immediately after purchase and can include planning, account configuration, workflow creation, integrations, messaging setup, compliance preparation, website work, automation, support time and reservation or purchase of third-party resources. Because this work and capacity cannot generally be returned, reversed or resold, payments are non-refundable once processed.
Cancellation stops future renewals in accordance with the applicable billing arrangement; it does not create a refund for the current billing period or any previous period. The service may remain available until the end of the paid period unless it is terminated earlier for breach, misuse or another reason permitted by the Terms.
Setup fees, implementation work, custom configuration, website work, migrations, campaigns and other work already started or delivered are non-refundable. Deposits or advance payments are also non-refundable once work has commenced, except where applicable law requires otherwise or a written agreement specifically provides different terms.
Telephone numbers, messaging, carrier fees, AI usage, email usage, domains, hosting, registrations, payment processing and other third-party or consumption-based charges already incurred are non-refundable.
A lack of a particular number of reviews, leads, calls, bookings, rankings, sales or other business outcome does not by itself create a right to a refund because such outcomes are not guaranteed and depend on factors outside our control.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or after a valid cancellation should have taken effect, contact us promptly. We will investigate genuine billing errors. This policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Clients should contact us first regarding a genuine billing dispute. Initiating an improper or fraudulent chargeback does not cancel amounts legitimately owed and may result in suspension of services and recovery of reasonable costs where permitted by law.

This is not intended to divert dissatisfied customers away from a public review destination or suppress negative feedback. Customers remain free to share honest public feedback, including negative feedback, and LeadsMono cannot guarantee that negative reviews will be prevented or removed.

We do not guarantee review quantity, rating improvement, Google visibility, search rankings, calls, leads, appointments, conversions, sales, revenue or return on investment.
Google and other platforms may remove reviews, suspend listings, change algorithms, modify policies or functionality, restrict messaging or make other decisions outside our control. LeadsMono cannot guarantee continued availability of any third-party feature or platform.
